When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 3 to 7 days to process an order before it is shipped. Shipping time depends on where you live, but can be estimated as follows:
● United States: 10 – 22 business days
● Europe: 6 – 12 business days
● Australia: 10 – 22 business days
● Japan: 10 – 22 business days
● International: 10 – 22 business days
Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with an on-demand fulfillment company that has facilities around the world.
If you order a poster, it will be printed and shipped from the facility nearest you.
If you order an Art Room box, it will be shipped from the storage facility in Latvia.
Will there be any customs fees added?
Additional customs and tax fees may be charged for international orders. These fees are not our responsibility and are charged by your local customs office. Customs policies depends on the country you live in. Please check directly with your local customs office to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should have arrived, but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following advices :
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the shipping address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Ask your neighbors in case the courier left the package to them.
If the shipping address is correct and the package isn’t at the post office or your neighbor’s house, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
If you found an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be on your charge.
How are your products made?
The posters are printed on demand by a product distributor. They have many site around the world, so depending on where you live, your orders are printed and shipped from the site that can do it most efficiently.
The Art Room box is made in France by Max Sauer (Sennelier, Raphaël, Cretacolor).
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number and a link by email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions regarding the tracking or shipping of your order, please email us at email@example.com.
I received an incorrect/damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged.
To help us resolve this issue quickly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within a few weeks with pictures of the damaged product, your order number and any other details you may have regarding your order.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is a problem with your order, please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com.
All claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims that are considered as an error from us will be on our charge.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered incorrect or insufficient by the postal service, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once we confirm an updated address.
Unclaimed – Shipments that are unclaimed are returned to our warehouse and you will be responsible for the reshipment fee.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If you are affected, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damaged items and we will arrange for a refund.
